Kayseri IVF Center has pioneered a new era in assisted reproduction by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into both endometrial and sperm evaluation, thereby enhancing pregnancy outcomes.
In 2021, AI technologies began predicting the implantation potential and genetic health of embryos based on their morphology and structure. Since 2022, these technologies have been implemented at the center with 90% reliability.
In 2023, for the first time worldwide, it was scientifically proven that AI could analyze the endometrium and predict both implantation success and miscarriage risk. This achievement was accepted with 100% success as a Capstone Project at Harvard Medical School’s master’s program. The same year, the center received two prestigious national and international awards.
The success continued in 2024, bringing further recognition and awards. In 2025, at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) Congress in Paris, scientific data on AI-assisted endometrial assessment and improved pregnancy rates were shared globally.
Since 2023, AI has also been applied in sperm selection at the center. Through real-time video analysis, AI algorithms evaluate sperm based on seven parameters, including DNA integrity, DNA damage, and morphological features. This allows the selection of the highest-quality sperm, increasing the rate of embryos reaching day 5 and improving pregnancy chances.
Prof. Dr. Gökalp Öner, Center Director:
“By integrating AI technologies into IVF treatments, we have become global pioneers in both embryo and endometrial evaluation. Thanks to these innovations, we can increase pregnancy rates, predict miscarriage risks, and provide couples with more personalized treatment options.”
